Privacy Policy

Who we are

Argus Automation is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is an industrial monitoring and control platform developed from hands-on oilfield operations experience. This policy covers both this website (argusautomation.tech) and the Argus platform.

What this website collects

The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the access-request form: your name, email address, company and drive model. The form is processed by Formspree, which delivers it to our inbox. We use it for one purpose: responding to your request. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and loads no fonts, scripts or other assets from third-party CDNs. Its fonts are served from this domain.

Who else touches the data

We keep this list short on purpose, and it is the whole list:

• Formspree — receives and forwards the access-request form on this website.
• Vercel — hosts this website and the platform's web interface, and keeps standard server request logs.
• Railway — hosts the platform's backend and its database, where telemetry is stored.
• Telegram — used only if you switch on push alarms, and only to deliver the alarm message to the recipients you nominate.
• Google Fonts — the public site self-hosts its typefaces; the signed-in dashboard loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google sees that request.

We do not sell data, and we do not share it with anyone outside that list.

Platform data

Telemetry, alarms and reports collected by the Argus platform belong to the customer. Every reading is exportable to CSV.

Raw telemetry is kept at 15-second resolution for 90 days, after which it is deleted automatically. Alarm history, field-log entries and the command audit are retained for the term of the subscription and exported to you on request. When a subscription ends, customer data is deleted on request; ask and we do it, without a waiting period.

Want your form submission or platform data deleted, or a copy of what we hold? Email us. We handle these requests directly, without a form or a waiting period.
