Argus Automation is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The founder works on site in Trinidad as the reference field's engineer, so support answers come from the pad, not a call centre. There is no sales-development rep: the person who answers your email is the person who can change the software.

Argus is a monitoring and control aid. It does not replace your own safety procedures, protective devices or site supervision.
